SrTiO3 Substrate

Strontium Titanate (SrTiO3) substrate is widely used as substrate material for superconductor thin films .It works well with other high-temperature superconducting material such as YBaCuO .Because SrTiO3 and YBaCuO system have similar values in the lattice constant.
It is also an excellent substrate for the epitaxial film of HTS and many oxides.
