GENERAL
Mozzarella is a natural cheese produced with pasteurised cow’s milk.

This product is GMO free and not irradiated.
Intended use: useable for many uses – Pizza and Fresh Mozzarella, both offer unique properties for cooking and eating.

INGREDIENTS
Pasteurised cow’s milk, salt, starter cultures and microbiological rennet.

PRODUCT APPEARANCE
Shape: Blocks and cylinder from 0.5 to 5.0 kg
Foil: Thermal shrinking plastic
Colour: White to slightly yellowish
Smell/taste: Typical lactic, neutral to slightly sourish
Texture: Elastic, firm

CHEMICAL INFORMATION
Dry matter: 45 – 52 %
Fat in dry matter: 41 – 48 %
Salt (NaCl): 0.6 – 0,9 %
pH: 5.1 – 5.3
