Turkish White Cheese

Natural cheese is made directly from milk. There are more than 500 different natural cheeses, varieties that come in flavors ranging from mild and buttery, to sharp, full bodied or nutty – something for every palate.

Varieties of natural cheese include:

Cheddar

Semi-soft, such as Monterey Jack
String (most often made of Mozzarella)
Pasta Filata or Italian cheeses, such as Mozzarella

What makes each natural cheese different? It’s a combination of the type of milk used, temperature, humidity, length of aging and method of cutting, cooking and forming the curd.
