【Product detail 1】
Steamed fish cake “Kamaboko” with crab meat and seaweed. Kamanoko is fish paste formed into semicircular shape on a small wooden plate and steamed. We use real crab meat for the “Kamaboko” ,not imitation crab. This product has a soft texture like “Terrine” starch contetn rate is only 1.6%, it means we use plenty of fish and crab meat.
